To make sure your computer will always keep the right time, do as follows: 1- Left-click on the clock at the upper right corner of the screen and choose "Open Date and Time".
2- Click on the "Date and Time" tab and check the "Adjust date and time automatically" option. The Apple time server should be already configured. If it's not, type time.apple.com in the text box. 3- If daylight saving time (DST) is in effect in your country, but the clock shows the wrong time, select the "Time Zone" tab and change the time zone to the first one at the right of your real time zone. This trick prevents the system from ignoring the DST. |
