How to remove a Windows partition created by BootCamp? PDF Print E-mail

If you've installed Windows XP or Windows Vista using BootCamp (as described above) and changed your mind later, don't worry, it takes just a couple of minutes to get everything back to the way it was. All you need is to follow these steps:

1- Open the Applications folder > Utilities folder, and double-click the "Bootcamp Assistant" icon.

 

2- Choose "Restore the startup disk to a single volume" and click on "Continue".

 

3- Click the "Ok" button to confirm, then click on "Restore". WARNING: ALL DATA INSIDE THE WINDOWS PARTITION WILL BE DELETED!!!

4- Wait a few moments while BootCamp erases the Windows partition. At the end, restart the computer, and you're done! No more Windows in your Mac!
